Today, streaming services have taken over the TV viewing landscape and those who find themselves subscribing to a plethora of platforms, tend to be cluttered with unsuspecting payments each month. Simplify is an app concept that aims to help people handle these problems in a free, fun, and simple way.
Within Simplify, a user can perform many tasks. For starters, a person can easily track all of their subscription data by using the stat tracker. Simplify also includes a badge system where users can actively earn badges as they use their services. Whenever a user needs budgeting assistance, Simplify can help. What’s more, is that users can also get a glance at all of the subscriptions they own on the subscriptions tab. This features details such as the next payment date and price. However, opening each service will reveal even more information such as purchase date, payment method, total usage time, total badges earned, total times opened, and much more. Lastly, Simplify implements many other special features such as family plan options, scheduled cancellations, etc.
Simplify was created as it is an issue that I and many others struggle with. Knowing how busy people can get at points, keeping track of important dates can be a challenging aspect of anyone’s life. Utilizing my passion for design and the issue of managing a vast array of payments, I created Simplify, an organized, playful, and free-of-charge option to focus on eliminating these overwhelming bills.
